I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an outstanding query I submitted to your office on last week Despite numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive any feedback or resolution regarding my query.

The details of my query are as follows: Please contact please call me I have made several attempts to contact your office via phone and email to inquire about the status of my query, but my efforts have been met with silence. As a result, I am still awaiting a resolution to my query, which is causing me undue stress and inconvenience.
