No feedback on Query!!!!!!

<p>I called a few weeks ago to query what my insured network benefit covers for maternity on caostal saver. It turns out i was completely misinformed by the agent Phumemele: Ref nbr: ********** 013. I was told that i have 2 consultations, a scan before 20 weeks and a scan after 20 weeks. she even gave me the codes that i would need to use. When calling to query why my claim with the Gynae was not covered, i was promised last week Tuesday by Simone ref: ********** 684that i would be called back in 3 days as she needed to pull the call recording,. She also acknowledged the notes left by Phumelele about the discussion that we had. Friday, i called again to follow up and Ncumisa ref: ********** 541, promised to call me back at the end of the day, Guess what, no call bac****!! Today is Monday, i am currently on hold for 20 Min waiting to speak to a supervisor. I would to have this matter corrected and my claim paid out as i was given the wrong information and discovery is liable for my scan and my doctors visit. I have finally gotten through to a supervisor!!!!!Lets hope that they can help seeing that the last 3 people gave me the run aound, very poor service, ALL around!!!!!</p>
