No feedback on claim

I was contacted by icts tracing about a claim for unused funds from discovery medical aid. They sent me documents from icts and discovery. I completed and emailed them to an is a land [URL Removed] I submitted the claim on the 04/11/2015. She confirmed that everything was in other. Its now 5 months later and nothing. I called discovery on *** but they kept tranfering my call, they were worse than ICTS. ANISA GAVE ME THE CREDIT AMOUNT BUT CAN NOT GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME.
