No feedback ,no attention to the query

<br> I have been engaging with the call centre regarding a claim I sent through via email, not once not twice three times. I spoke to a number of call centre consultants(the recent one namely Sasha who promised to call me back to sort out this issue, even emailed her on [Email Removed] even acknowledging my email) Reference no's for all voice and mail are Ref *** and ***. No one seem to bother attending to this claim as it has been outstanding since March 2015.
