No Feedback from New Business

I have been with discovery for more than 8 years now and decided to add my partner as a beneficiary. I completed the necessary documents as requested. It is more than a week now struggling to get any feedback from discovery. It is definitely not the first time that I have problems getting feedback from Discovery. I even went onto discovery to lodge a complain as no one have phones me back or keep me up to date as what the status is. I am really frustrated at this time!!!
