No feedback as promised

On 30 June 2015 @ 15h23 I called the call centre to confirm whether my mom's chronicmedication has been approved by the PMB dept. and Klukhanyo promised me that he will call me back after verifying with Babonga Monakali about the Doctors letter which was suppose to have been sent 29th June to verify the medication. I did not receive any feedback. On the 26 June 2015 when I spoke to Babonga Monakali he said that the escalation for this approval to the PMB dept was not sent to the correct email address by Jamie and even Allison who I spoke to on the same day as Jamie - 15/06/15 did not call me back on the 26/06/15 as was promised. My mom who is 82 years old has been waiting since 12/06/15 for this medication to be approved and it is now 1 July and she is due to collect her new script and now has to either pay for it or taken from her savings account. Our experience with Discovery has been traumatic for me mom who has to hold on for hours with the call centre since she has been discharged from hospital in April 2015. I have asked Babonga to ask a manager to call me but nobody has responded. This has cost my mom money paying for phone bills and medication and she is a pensioner.
