No feedback as promised

Hi there, are you interested to resolve my query? Please call me as I'm at my wits end having to follow-up and speak to different consultants/specialist explaining my query and expressing frustration each time. I'm tired of hearing, "I'll investigate and get back to you" because they never do. I doubt that I'll shout at you, just need someone competent to sort this once and for all. Thanks
