No feedback as promised

I was promised feedback regarding a long-delayed claim not paid out, nothing received two days after promised date.....then I was sent a mail by the Head of Customer Services asking for MY feedback regarding my query, told him the problem was not solved ....and NO RESPONSE! I have phoned 3 times and emailed 4 times...and NOTHING. Discovery have NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CLIENTS.
