Why does the pmb email adres exists. not getting response and keeping on sending the forms they require only forever getting the same answers back. even the hospital sent through the same forms. I think next year if i keep on getting such emails and no1 bothers to call or email to state what is exactly wrong, i will just change medical aids. Sent another email this morning.Lets see if you guys do customer service.
