No feedback

<p>I sent in a request to change my daughters surname a week ago and was told it would only take three days I have had to call two times and the consultants were not helpful at all the one I called today promised to call me back today however I did not receive a call or any feedback at all I am appalled at their disgusting service rather make a self service portal than dealing with *********** call center agents</p>
