<p>After numerous attempts to get feedback on a claim dispute first submitted ion October 18 2016, I am struggling to get feedback. All attempts are met by promises to get back to me but it is usually the same thing - 'someone is working on it and will contact you' when I call or no response at all when I email. Year is drawing to an end yet my dispute is still in limbo</p>
