No feedback

<p>My son has a condition which requires him to go to physio and OT every week. When we were reaching cap for that benefit, we app**** for extended benefit. I thought this just increased the limit and we just had motivation from physio and not OT. When I submitted next OT claim and found it was rejected due to only physio codes being included, I submitted request for OT as well which was granted. So thats great and Discovery recognises that the treatments are required. So I requested if the previous rejected claim could be reprocessed through the extended benefit. I phoned Thursday 27 October with reference ***(Consultant Althea Deslyn Alexander). Lady said she needed to speak to that department but promised she would contact me back by close of business which of course did not happen. Yesterday (Monday 31 October) I phoned back to try and get feedback. Lady said she would send email for Althea to contact me back urgently but of couse that did not happen either. I am really just so tired of Discovery's lack of feedback. I have been having this issue constantly since we found out my son had this condition and I have been dealing with Discovery more and more. <br />Please can someone find out what is going on and give me feedback today!</p>
