No feedback

On 05/05/2015 I obtained medicine from Mini Kem Pharmacy Bellville.The medicine was R162 but discovery only paid R96.The pharmacy was listed on the website as approved and the full amount of R162 should have been paid.I duly contacted Discovery and spoke to Moosa in the call centre.He confirmed that the pharmacy is not on the approved list anymore and that the website has not been updated.I protested that it's not my problem and I need to be refunded the R66 i paid in cash to the pharmacy.He proceeded to log an enquiry for me ***.After more than two weeks passed and no feedback from Discovery.I phoned Discovery again on 26/05/2015 and spoke to Melanie she confirmed with Moosa he is still waiting on feedback(but he couldn't tell me himself).Melanie promised to phone me back on 26/05/2015 but she never did.I would like some feedback regarding my issue...I feel these people in your call centre don't know the first thing about customer service.
