Been on this medical aid almost a year no cards. Called last month complaining again about the very same issues was promised courier delivery of medical aid cards still nothing more than the 10 days has passed. screening test monies not refunded. no feedback with regards to unpaid medical bills. no feedback with regards to maternity benefits and plan specific hospitals. never had issues like this with discovery before. very disappointed
