Good day

I have received and read your cover letter and restrictions which i find to be harsh as i have been a member before, and yet have not abused the scheme or my benefits, paying on time as well, none of this has even been thought of or taken in considderation.

Its seems that i am now being penalised from corner to corner and this after i had numerous attempts to try and re instate my membership within the period. The 12 month restriction on my condition i could perhaps understand to a certain extent but as far as a 3 month waiting period, i just dont agree and understand. Why impliment a 3 month waiting period if you have laid down a 12 month period of restriction on my condition ? It just does not make sense.

When i app**** for membership the previoys time i was not on a 3 month waiting period, and it was also years since i was on a medical plan, the only penalty was 25 % late joiner, which you have now again app****, + a 3 month waiting period + a 12 month restriction ? My question is why the first time i app**** for membership was i not on a 3 month waiting period along with the 25% Penalty ?? What difference is a 3 month waiting period if you already app**** a 12 month restriction on my medical condition which would in any case prevent me from claiming a cronic or seeing a doctor for prescribed medication preventing me from having treatement. I would like to have this revised, as i did not intend to re join to have any chronic condition treated and expected Discovery to pay for it. I understand the 12 month restriction but my concern is why 3 months + penalty + 12 months restiction ?

Discovery stated that on my declaired condition they imliment a 12 month restriction,so that means even if i go see a doctor Discovery indemnifies itself of paying any claims towards my condition, so why the 3 month waiting period if i did not even have a 3 month waiting period on my previous membership ??

Please can you revise.
