No empathy or respect

I am totally disgusted by this company. They treat my mom, who has been a member for over 20 years with such callous indifference and their usual lack of empathy. Mr Adrian Gore, I strongly advise you to pull your finger out of your posterior orifice and MANAGE your company. You call me direct at *** and I will call you back if you don't have the money!
