No empathy no common sense or lack of training

Look I only have a std 7 so I am not clever at all.

However as dof as I am some things just don't make sense to me when dealing with discovery it could be due to the lack of empathy, lack of training the lack of common sense or total disregard for other human beings.

I have to have 2 cataracts removed from both my eyes they have authorised the 2 operations a few days apart. So they know about it. I need to collect the meds before the operation makes sense so my half brain cell thought NOPE I was wrong.

Here comes the lack of empathy they will only pay for my meds for this Mondays op then in a few days time I must return to the chemist to get the meds for my second op on this time the right eye. Now here is my plight that some numb skull without any care in the world or logic/ common sense kicks in. Firstly with the high price of fuel common logic/sense empathy and training would say one trip for everything, Secondly I am not allowed to drive so now I have to inconvenience a friend/s to take back to the chemist to collect the second script PLEASE could someone explain to this half educated person in simple words without mirrows and smoke screens, without being condescending because of my lack of education how they came up with this flea brain idea. PLEASE let common sense prevail
