No Discovery at all

24 Emails in the last month and all my points STILL not reflecting. Samsung health wasn't syncing- took 10 days to fix. Send an email to say thank you 'could you please check my Mental Wellness points (500) on 29 Jan 2021.' Sent proof as well and STILL not amended. Now almost 2 weeks later. Did blood tests on 2 Feb, still no proof as per medical aid and/or points. My favorite was when my phone rang once, I answered, the person hung up (my watch also notifies me when my phone is ringing, my phone was in my hand and there is no missed call on my phone) seconds later I get a pre typed out email stating 'Please note that I tried contacting you telephonically on the 3rd of February 2021 at approximately 11:22 on your *** number of which to was no avail.' Really? The Bot links also don't work. Click on the help button and it says it is an error. So what now? Another call from another person making more promises that won't be kept? One more question... why do we have to pay for virtual races if we are part of Team Vitality?
