No delivery of chronic medication for almost 2 months!!

<p>I am utterly disgusted with the bad service from Discovery. Every month I usually get my chronic medicaion delivered to me and Discovery usually sends me sms's to notify me of the despatch date and ETA of my delivery. This month I receive NO sms and NO delivery at all!!! When I started on chronic meds I asked Discovery if they could deliver 3 months supply to me at a time in case of a delay etc but they refused, saying that there's no need to because their deliveries are "guaranteed to be always on time". Well today is the 30/06/2016 and I am still waiting for my June batch of meds!!!!! So where is you so called guarantee of delivery???? Huh??????</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am giving Discovery MedXpress up till 5pm on 30/06/2016 to deliver my medication to my Dr at her offices, plus another batch free of charge due to their incompetence and lack of feedback. If I don't receive my 2 batches of medication by 5pm on 30/06/2016 I will cancel my medical aid wth Discovery with immediate effect and instruct my bank to block all Debit orders going forward from July onwards - that is a guaranteed promise!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p>
