No customer service

I was admitted at Mtedgecomb hospital for overdose, was given a Dr who never seen me before. The Dr was doing his rounds 3:30 am or 5am if his late that time I'm fast asleep. Mind you I suffer with depression & anxiety for year and couple of months. Soon as I enter the hospital was told I am not going to be admitted more than 3 days. To my surprise indeed was discharged in 3 days and was terrible sick. Hospital call Discovery representative by the name Collen she said I will be treated as outpatient. I came home sick dying of and I will be going to the Dr tomorrow. I don't understand why we have medical aid and pay them every month when they want us to die in our beds at home. Even government hospital would not have done what Discovery did to me. I been hearing people complaining about this medical which I been using almost 9 years now I'm so frustrated and in pain as I right this in my bed at home now my family must be drs and look after me. Such a disappointment
