No Covid Relief from Discovery Health

I have been a member of Discovery Health for many years and have the Vitality option I also am with Discovery Insure. During the lockdown period Discovery Insure gave som relief to their clients of a premium reduction of between 15% and 25% due to the fact vehicles were not on the road and the risk factor was minimised. But Discovery health decided to give NOTHING and their risk profile was also minimised as people were isolated so members were not prone to infections as much. In addition the Vitality members could not use the facilities on offer the Gyms were closed people could not fly or stay in hotels due to the lockdown.
