No Cover - when Cover is advertised as part of plan

My son went to ER last year November. I now received a statement from the hospital. When I enquired with the agent she said that the extender benefit for emergencies for kids on Discovery is 10 and younger. My son is 10 so I am battling to undertand why they say 10 and younger? Surely then it should say 9 and younger as you should be covered at 10 years of age. Honestly this is not right!
