No cover during a pandemic!

They are refusing to refund me, I have been back and forth with Ampath and discovery since the 7th. During a pandemic I’m expected to call discovery and see who I can test for Covid with. According to my knowledge they pay for 2 Covid tests per year, not just at specific places! I needed to test for Covid as I was showing symptoms and my partner had tested positive for Covid. I went to Zinacare, Covid test drive through I’m Kyalami. I was told at the drive through I can claim from my medical aid which I pay R2784.00 every month for, a medical aid that doesn’t pay for Covid tests during a pandemic. I must pay for the medical aid and I must fork out R1150.00 for a Covid test that is not refundable. Discovey is ridiculous. A Covid test is a Covid test, what difference doesn’t it make where I took it?
