No correct Pre-assessment quotation recieved

On 19th May I submitted a correctly completed Pre-assessment form to Discovery Health. I received an automated response the same day stating my request had been received and would be processed soon. By 26 May I had not heard back from Discovery so phoned them to inquire as to the delay. Was promised the the answer within 24 hours. (ref ***)They did not arrive as promised so I phoned once again. (ref ***) Was promised the result within an hour. It was duly sent but was wrong as the person, a so called \highly trained consultant
