no contacting client to explain how payment works

My wife has a pacemaker and she went to the specialist to be put on new high blood pressure pills which the doctor said will work better for her heart condition.The doctor said that the pills will bhe covered by the chronic medication benefit.But at the chemist they told me that discovery will only pay for 30 pills and not 60 that the doctor has prescribed for her.I just want to know why must a person always fight with these people before we get a proper answer.Nobody to date has told me why they will not pay for 60 pills and only for 30.If I needed to get a motivation from the doctor why did discovery not let me know about this.They have a panel of doctors that sit and decide if a person must die or not just for them to put an extra R100 in their pockets for profit they are playing God with a persons live and the authorities are doing nothing about this when is this **** going to stop one day.
