No contact, no hospital on your list in 3 closest towns

I have to go for oncology surgery on Thursday, I can't get hold of Discovery as you won't authorise full hospital cover in 3 towns and expect me to drive 80km to the nearest hospital on your delta list, find a new doctor. It is unreasonable and I am sure you can make a plan if I can get hold of you. ***
