No consideration for my life from Discovery medical aid

Discovery has just declined my request to waver my co-payment for my sterilization operation that is literally a matter of live or death. I need to get of my pill because the hormones are causing blood clots that is life threatening and the refuse to pay the waver the co payment of R9050.00. I can not fall pregnant now at my age therefore I need to get sterilized. I pay an astronomical monthly premium and yet, NO service from them. as I said, its literally a matter of life or death because of the blood clots! I am deeply disappointed in them
