NO COMPASSION
good day

This is my second complaint. The first incident is that I have low income and cant afford R1666.00 pm for my medical aid and was waiting for a proposal. But went ahead and deducted the amount. No funds. End of april. So they suspended me. Now they have debited my account again R3332.00 no funds. How do you operate
PLEASE CAN YOU JUST LET PEOPLE KNOW BEFORE DEDUCTING. AND WHY DO YOU DEDUCT IF I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY PERMISSION AS I DID NOT HAVE ANY LETTER OF CONFIRMATION.

Rochelle
***

Thank you for your comment.
We confirmed that the premium on your chosen plan type is dependent on your gross monthly income. Should the due premium not be paid, the Scheme will suspend your membership until the full outstanding amount is received. The team has discussed your options and await your response to assist further.
Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.
