So disappointed!! You haven't told me anything that I don't already know. You just recited your rules and regulation and didn't look at the history we have with you. 17 years clearly mean nothing. What does it help me taking this any further, I'll just be ostracized.... No human compassion here at all. What can I do? Well done Discovery, get rich off of my contributions while I have no use of the medical aid.
