No communication
I left my previous employer with a balance on my savings account. Discovery never bothered to communicate my outstanding balance to me and to arrange for the pay back thereof. After 5 months I received a call from a Lawyers firm stating that Discovery handed me over for collection. This is pathetic as I never received any correspondence or a call from Discovery. Surely they have my number on record. I logged a query on their website and still have not received a reply after 2 days.
