No claims for Fitness Devices

So I spent about an hour online trying to find out how to go about claiming a Fitness Device with my MSA, it has a Nappi code why not. <br> <br> However after 30 min on the phone and a lot of holding the consultant tell me, a mail was sent out saying no more fitness device claims on discovery, and you banned it starting 2016. Now I don't know if this is BS but I have an MSA for a reason, and a device or item with a Nappi code should be covered. <br> <br> Now secondly, if notification was sent, I want to see it, because I got diddly sqwat from you guys. <br> <br> <br>
