No claim paid
Good day i received a statement today stating that my claim of R 600 has not been paid i sent in a receipt as proof of payment is anything else necessary then ? Amount claimed and amount not paid

09 Mar 2021, 12:44Feedback from my Dr's office the practice number is correct according to them Discovery said they have already paid the claim then WHY is it not reflecting on my bankstatement ? Why can i read the practice number clearly on the receipt ?
