No claim back

I have submitted THREE claims over the past 4 months and have not received any payments for them or had any relevant feedback or assistance as I have asked, out of my medical savings account which has more than R10k in it, which is more than enough to pay for these doctors appointments.<br> <br> PLEASE ASSIST! <br> <br> What is the point of paying so much money every month for the past 10 years and when I actually get sick, no one will assist with my medical claims which I am more than entitled to???<br> <br>
