No Chronic cover during waiting period

We recently joined Discovery currently in a waiting period cover starts next month when we joined i stated my Chronic condition Epilepsy on the application but had to pay cash any other medical aids covers Chronic medication During the waiting period cover hasn't even started we are already having problems
