No Christmas cheer for oncology claims?

Discovery Health, you promised payment from Hospital Benefit and from Oncology. So please can you let me have this? I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated and still feel that this is a ploy so that you don't have to pay out anything on the oncology claim. My daughter is looking for medical cover for herself and her son and it will most likely be an executive plan. I have suggested that she try Fedhealth or Momentum!
