You have NO EMPATHY whatsoever!!! Been trying to get authorization for my CANCER treatment BUT you are giving me the runaround and NOT making this easy. Are you not suppose to be there in my time of need???? YOUR SERVICES ARE PATHETIC AND YOUR STAFF DO NOT GIVE A DAMN!
