NO Cards delivered 4 weeks

What the hell is wrong with Discovery lately? I struggled a lot with adding my son to my plan in Dec, I was doing a back and forth of paperwork, and that finally happened but now my cards were supposed to be delivered on 28 Dec 2015 as per the sms I received on 14 Dec 2015, but nope they didn't come. I went to the Walk-in centre in Sandton on Sat 10 Jan 2016, only to be told by Sydney that the cards cannot be printed due to a faulty machine. Then Sydney said he will call me on Monday (today) to arrange for mine to be sent here in JHB, no phone call. I called his line *** only to reach his vmail. Am I ever getting my cards or not?
