No CARD over 6 months

I'm very disappointed in Discovery Health.<br> My daughter was born in march 2015 and shortly after I gave birth I added the my child on the medical aid.<br> I called discovery numerous times with my husband to find out when are we getting new cards and they kept saying they were in transit... This is ridiculous because every time I have to take my daughter to any Dr, I need to make a print out of the certificate.<br> I can please just get a for me and my husband, please!!!! I'm really not happy
