no call back after 6 months
this medical aid that am using Discovery and i must say its worse than ever rather go to public hospital or get more assistance from our Gov. i got a call from the med express saying that they will call me for the baby formula and that its for 6 months after 5 min the lady calls me back and says no she made a mistake the milk is for for months and mind you i didn't even know about this benefit and she insisted that i will get for 4 months only. its been 5 months now and no one even bothered to call me back and as for my pills i had to buy them because i was on maternity leave.
