No authorization

<p>On the 29/03/2017 at 5:00am I rushed my wife to Mount Edgecombe Life Hospital as she was sick. On arrival I was told that I needed to pay a R300 co-payment but this was not the problem. After my wife was examine by the doctor, he then advised us that my wife needed xray. Went to the xray department, the admin clerk there advised me that discovery does not cover for a sinus xray. I was then told that the xray will cost R545 this was also not the case. After the xray was done the doctor advised me that my wife needed to be admitted. I was turned down by the medical aid cause my wife is only 3 months on medical aid. Spoke to Nemours people from medical aid but no joy. I now want all my money refuned back and all my time wasted paid.</p>
