No authorisation for admission

I am currently experiencing very sever lower abdominal pain. When to a life hospital last night, was treated but could not be admitted as my authorisation was pending. I then called discovery only to find out the my authorisation has been sent to *****. I do not understand why I could not get admission authorisation and why it went to *****. Upon taking membership j had no underwritings so I do not see the need for this. I am still in the same condition I was in yesterday. What if it was life and death? Like seriously this is pathetic especially coming from discovery<br> <br> The lady on the phone manage to get me a 24 hour authorisation but the hospital still could not admitted me as there was no one to confirm this as discovery closes at 8pm.<br> Please can I get urgent assistance<br>
