No Authorisation
They never said anything about a waiting period and I called them to ask if I'm covered for psychiatrist visits and they said yes but never mentioned that I'm on a waiting period. I was booked in and everything in the hospital and had to go and pack and leave now I'm sitting with a bill and still have to pay the medical aid
