NO AUTH

I have been on a 3 month waiting period and during this time of waiting i had went for a papsmear that came out abnormal. i was never told to disclaim this by the discovery agents. i went for my follow up papsmear and it was atypical again they referred me to a gynae and discovery wouldnt give me authorization. i now have to pay for this on my own and i might be admitted for an operation and this is what i have to deal with from Discovery. a medical aid that doesnt take care of their people. i feel like this is a life insurance rather than a medical aid. judging from my application date to the date i was able to start using this medical aid, discovery has done absolutely NOTHING FOR ME.
