No attempt made to answer my question

I keep having to ask Discovery to verify that my Medical Tax Cerfificate is correct.<br> To supply some sort of explanation as to why the amounts do not add up.<br> <br> No attempt is made to aswer my question - in stead my Tax Certificate is just sent to me again and again without any feedback. This is terrible service!<br> <br> Please Read<br> I have my Medical Tax Certificate. I also have a break down of how the total was apparently calculated.<br> The amounts to not correspond.<br> <br> Someone please read and repond accordingly
