No answers on bills that will not be paid

I send discovery a email asking why almost all the hospital bill's for my pensioner gran are not going to be paid on the 10th of June in which i received a automatic response to be contacted within 24hours but up til date no response.. this is the 3rd time since april 2015 ref ***.... what is goin on with discovery health service? ???
