No answer at Discovery

We had an emergency and needed to phone Discovery to despute a authorization. My wife went for the procedure already and untill now, no one has called us. I phoned them and kept being redirected and then after an hour got cut off! How bad can this expensive medical aids service centre be. Can soneone please call me!
