No acknowledgement of premium increase of 100%

Currently on the Keycare plus plan. Used to pay R1817 a month. All of a sudden today 01/11 they debited me double the amount. Upon further investigation, I see that they just decided I fit in the "R15999+" salary category?? How can they just decide that my salary is more than 16k a month, when it definitely is not. With no acknowledgement of this change?
