<p>after a most frustrating month of trying to get Discovery Health to meet its obligations I am left with the distinct impression that they are a faceless, psychopathic, callously indifferent organisation that uses obsufication, red tape, and bureaucracy and bullying tactics to avoid its obligations.</p> <p>There is a huge disconnect between their public stance of being caring and empathetic towards members and the actual experience.<br />I suspect that the only interests they really have at heart are their shareholders and the stock price.</p> <p>Moreover they continue to use Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB's) in a way that has been declared ******* by the courts.</p> <p>In my particular case its been uphill all the way and I am out of pocket on one surgeons account of R94 000 to the tune of R60 000</p>
