Newsletter links to a broken website

I've just received a newsletter from Discovery Health promoting a wonderful new feature: 20% discount on all prescription glasses through Discovery's Optometry Network.<br> <br> Great, right? Except when you click on the link in the newsletter to find a list of the optometrists in the network, you get directed not to the list but to a log in page. Fine. So I log in. Now I have to go searching for the Optometry Network. There is no listing for it anywhere on the contacts page but I persist and finally find a link embedded in an article. The same article that was included in the newsletter I just received.<br> <br> So I click the link and get taken to a 'health provider search page'. Which doesn't work. I keep typing in areas and hitting the search symbol... and nothing! Not even a dentist or a physio let alone an optometrist.<br> <br> Why are you promoting this Optometry Network if it's not yet operational? Why supply links in a newsletter that gets sent to hundreds of thousands of customers, when the links don't work and the website function you're promoting is broken?<br> <br> It's not that difficult to make sure everything works before you promote it. Thousands of companies manage this every day!
