NEW MONTH, SIMILAR PROBLEMS

NEW MONTH, SAME PROBLEM AS LISTED LAST MONTH. PREVIOUS POST STLL BELOW. <br> <br> THIS MONTH, CO PAYMENT ON CHRONIC, R90 BUT I PAID IT.....NEXT MONTH WILL PROBABLY BE R150......it increases but he medication doesn't change. <br> <br> Good Day, <br> <br> I've been a member with discovery for 3 years now and without fail I'm having to battle with discovery to pay for my claims. Every month without fail they try and charge me for Chronic Medication (this should not come off medical savings), every time without fail they have an issue with either paying the dental claim, the gynae claim, gp claim. everything needs to be challenged as if my MSA is not there for me to use. <br> <br> I called and my statement was unclear, then spoke to a consultant that said everything needed to process the claim is clear. <br> <br> In all honesty if my work didnt \force\" me to be a member of discovery i wouldn't be. ? Useless and over priced<br> "
